Registration Policy
Registration for POF 2026 is open to all persons interested in POF science and technology. All attendees including invited and regular contributions, oral or poster, need kindly to register for the conference and pay the registration fees. In order to have a paper included in the conference proceedings, authors must register before September 15. Each paper must have at least one associate full conference registration.
Regular registration includes access to all three days of the conference and exhibition, lunch, refreshments, social events and the conference dinner.
Student registration includes access to all three days of the conference and exhibition, lunch, refreshments and social events. Students are requested to show a current and valid student ID at the conference registration desk.
The conference dinner can be booked separately for accompanying persons as well as for students.

600€ : Regular early until July 31 August 15
700€ : Regular
300€ : Student early until July 31 August 15
350€ : Student
90€ : Extra conference dinner
50€: Optional Workshop on Integrated Planar Optical Waveguides, Sept 2, 2026
All fees inlude 19% of local German VAT.
Registration is open now by Credit Card only here on the POF2026 website, The payment service is provided by Clearbookings Limited, our service provider for this POF2026 website. After registration, you will receive an email with a link for a formal invoice in the name of Technische Hochschule Nuernberg - POF-AC, Germany, the local organizers of POF2026. Please provide any relevant information you need to add to the invoice like company or institution name, address, EU VAT number (if applicable), etc.
